Guillaume Légaré (B.1976, Canada) lives and works in Brooklyn, New York. He studied visual arts at University La Sorbonne in Paris (MVA, 2009). He was invited to join art residency programs, including Regart (Drawing the Line, 2017), The Wassaic Project (2010 and 2014), the Banff Art Center (2013) and Signal Fire Arts (2013). Guillaume showed his work at The Bronx Museum Biennial (AIM, 2013) or at several group shows including Curious Matter (2014) in the US, Canada and Europe. He received fellowships from the Quebec Art Council (CALQ, 2010-2013) and others.
